bigwigVPN offers its own applications for various platforms. You can only download the official apps or access the correct download links from the official site: app.bigwig.bond. The bigwigVPN team does not recommend using the app on third-party operating systems. So, we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the software on unsupported systems.
We offer full trial access exclusively for the iOS application. The official distribution platform for this app is the Apple App Store (iTunes). Once the trial period ends, the service will be transitioned into a paid subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time via the settings in your App Store account. You can manage your subscription from your device by going to "Settings," selecting your name, then "Subscriptions."
bigwigVPN is available for use only through download and subscription purchase via the App Store. Apple handles all payment processing, and bigwigVPN is not responsible for any financial transactions. Disputes related to payments are governed by the App Store's policies. The most popular subscription is the monthly plan at $5.99, but we also offer weekly and yearly options. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. Note that if you cancel, any amount already charged at the start of the billing period will not be refunded.
The bigwigVPN team works diligently to enhance the service and provide a wide selection of servers (locations) for access. However, all equipment requires routine maintenance, so certain servers may be temporarily unavailable. bigwigVPN reserves the right to modify, move, or remove servers and their features. We do not guarantee access to services or applications in any specific country or region. Additionally, please note that you cannot use a single server on multiple devices at the same time. If you wish to use bigwigVPN on a second device, please select a different server.
