1. Use of bigwigVPN software
Use only official bigwigVPN applications and download links made available through app.bigwig.bond or the relevant app store. You are responsible for using a supported operating system and following the applicable installation instructions.
For iOS applications, the applicable Apple standard end-user licence terms also apply. For Android applications, the applicable Google Play terms also apply.
2. Application availability
We may maintain, modify, move, or remove servers and service features to operate and improve the service. Server availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee availability in every country or region.
3. Trial access
Where a trial is offered, its duration, eligibility, and conversion to a paid subscription are shown in the relevant app store before you subscribe. You may cancel a subscription through the account settings of the store through which it was purchased.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform on which you use the application. Apple and Google independently process payment transactions under their own terms and privacy policies. bigwigVPN does not receive or store payment-card details.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play account. Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription-management procedures are governed by the policies of the relevant store and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security measures, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
6. Support
For questions about the application or service, contact support through the application or at [email protected]. Please provide only the information needed to describe your issue. Information you provide to support is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Except for information you voluntarily provide when contacting support, bigwigVPN does not collect or retain personal data through its website, VPN service, or bot. We do not retain browsing activity, traffic content, DNS queries, connection logs, source IP addresses, or device identifiers.
